Successful people read great books, if you want to live a successful life, you must read books. Every great leader became a leader as a result of reading great books, when you read books you get ideas and also rubbing your mind with the writer, for instance if you have a successful leader like john Maxwell and Brian Tracy as your mentor  you might not be able to meet with them one on one but you can communicate with them through their books. Successful people Were not made in one day they all worked their way to success through reading and putting what they read to work. It takes great readers to become great leaders.

There is danger in spiritual imbalance. One mistake we make as believers is that we are not balanced spiritually, which is wrong and will always an effect in our spiritual life. In fact most of us live kwashoko Christianity, let me put it this way you can't be eating carbohydrates every single time, you must add protein and fats why? Because it must be balanced. You are not expected to be eating carbohydrates every single time and expect to be healthy. What am saying is you cannot just focus on reading the word and not engage in the ministry of prayer, you cannot be a dominion filled Christian.
